Do your pumps and valves meet the requirements for GMP manufacturing?

SeaquistPerfect does not have a GMP certified assembly facility. We are proud of our processes and the cleanliness of our facility. We welcome you to visit our plant and assess if your requirements are met.

Do your pumps and valves meet the requirements for medical grade guidelines?

Our products are intended for general purpose use and are not specifically medical grade. While some components may meet these requirements, assembled pumps or valves do not.

Do any of your products have a Drug Master File Number from the FDA?

Our special EP Systems Bag-On-Valve is designed for specialty products that would require better preservation of the product.  The product is contained in a protective bag which serves as a barrier from the propellant (i.e. compressed air or nitrogen). The FDA has assigned #20370 to this system.

Do your products meet the requirements for the HACCP guidelines?

No. The HACCP guideline pertains to facilities handling food supply such as food processing and restaurants, and thus does not pertain to our products.

What about use of recycled material, post consumer resins and other environmental issues?

In most applications the plastic used to mold our parts is reground to avoid waste; we use a mixture of regrind and virgin material depending on part size and requirements to assure material properties and product functionality are met.

Please see the soon to be launched WE CARE section of our site for information on our Green Initiative.a

Do your products have Material Safety Data Sheets?

SeaquistPerfect does not distribute Material Safety Data Sheets for its dispensers. MSD sheets are generally to identify the safety, flammability, and toxicity of chemicals. SeaquistPerfect's dispensers are made of inert metals like stainless steel, tinplate-steel, and aluminum along with polymers like polyethylene, polypropylene, acetal, and nylon.
